1. Opening an Account

How can I create an account on PINCO?

Click the “Sign Up” button in the top-right corner of the website. Fill in your personal details accurately to ensure smooth access and successful verification later.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email — what should I do?

Check your Spam or Junk folder — the confirmation message might have ended up there. Make sure your email address was entered correctly. If you still don’t see the email, try registering again or contact our support team via the live chat icon in the bottom-right corner.

What currencies can I use when registering?

You can choose from several available currencies during registration. Keep in mind that once selected, the currency cannot be changed later.

Can I create more than one account?

No, each player is allowed only one account. If duplicate accounts are found, they may be suspended and winnings canceled. If you’ve forgotten your login details, use the “Forgot Password” option or contact support instead of creating a new account.

Can I register if I’m under 18?

No. Only individuals who are 18 or older — or of legal gambling age in their country — can create an account on PINCO. Age verification may be required.

2. Account Information

How can I reset my password?

Click the question mark icon next to the password field on the login screen. Enter the email you used during registration and follow the instructions in the email we send you.

If you registered with your phone number, enter it instead — a new password will be sent to you via SMS.

I didn’t receive the recovery email. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder. If the message isn’t there, make sure you entered your email address correctly. Try again, and if it still doesn’t work, contact our support team via the live chat icon.

I forgot which email I used when registering.

No worries — just contact support. We’ll help you recover access without creating a new account.

I changed my email. Can I update it on my account?

We don’t recommend changing the email tied to your account, as it’s considered part of your identity. If you’ve lost access to your original email, contact support for identity verification and further instructions.

I entered wrong details during registration. What now?

If the information in your profile is incorrect or fake, your account may be suspended and winnings forfeited. If it was an honest mistake, contact support — they’ll help verify your identity and correct the data.

3. Deposit and Withdrawal of Funds

How do I make a deposit?

Log in to your account, go to the “Cashdesk” section, and choose the deposit tab. Select a payment method available in your country and follow the steps. The minimum deposit amount is €1.

Do I get any bonuses for depositing?

Yes. To claim a deposit bonus, enter a valid promo code when depositing. Visit the Promo section to see the current offers.

I deposited funds, but they didn’t arrive. What should I do?

Contact support and provide proof of payment (a receipt, screenshot, or scan of the transaction). We’ll investigate and assist you as quickly as possible.

Are there any fees for transactions?

PINCO does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may charge a currency conversion or service fee.

Can I use someone else’s card or wallet?

No. You can only use payment methods registered in your name. Using third-party cards or e-wallets is not allowed and may result in account suspension.

How do I withdraw my funds?

Go to the “Cashdesk” section in your account, choose “Withdrawal”, enter the amount, and select the method. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for deposits.

What should I do before requesting a withdrawal?

Ensure your account is fully verified. You’ll need to upload a photo of a valid ID through the verification section in your account. Without verification, withdrawals can’t be processed.

How long does it take to process a withdrawal?

The first withdrawal may take up to 48 hours for verification. Future withdrawals after verification are typically processed instantly.

Why did my bonus disappear?

Bonuses can expire if not used within the promotion period. Check the terms of the specific bonus to see the deadline and usage rules.

What will show on my credit card statement?

The statement will display the name of the payment provider and the transaction amount. Depending on the payment method used, it may show generic or system-based descriptors (e.g., “Yandex.Money”).

4. Sports Bets

How do I place a bet?

In the Sportsbook menu, select a sport and an event. Choose the odds for the outcome you want — it will be added to your betslip automatically. Enter your stake and click “Place Bet”.

What types of bets can I place?

Single bet: A bet on one specific outcome.
Accumulator: A bet on multiple outcomes. All must win for you to get a payout. You can include up to 30 events.
Multiple bet: A combination of accumulators formed from selected events. Maximum: 16 events.

How do I place a Live bet?

Click the “Live Bets” tab in the main menu. Select a live event, pick the odds, and enter your stake in the betslip. Confirm your bet by clicking “Place Bet”. Odds update in real-time.

How do I place an Accumulator bet?

Select two or more outcomes (maximum 30), go to the betslip, choose the “Accumulator” tab, enter your stake, and click “Place Bet”.

How do I place a Multiple bet?

Select at least three outcomes (up to 16), go to the betslip, choose “Multiple Bet”, define how the selections are grouped, enter your stake, and place the bet.

What is the Betslip?

The betslip is your betting tool located on the right side of the Sportsbook. It shows your selected bets, allows you to enter a stake, and gives access to bet types like single, accumulator, or multiple.

I placed a wrong bet. Can I cancel it?

No, bets can’t be cancelled once placed. However, some bets may be eligible for early cashout depending on the event. Check the Promo section for more on this feature.

My bet was settled incorrectly. What should I do?

All bets follow our General Rules. For example, if an event is interrupted and not completed within 24 hours, it may still be considered valid if a certain portion of the game was played (e.g., 70 minutes in football, 40 in NBA). For full conditions, please refer to our Rules section.

What is a Freebet?

A Freebet is a bonus that lets you place a bet without using your own funds. If it wins, only the net profit is credited. For example, if you bet €100 at 1.95 odds using a Freebet and win, you receive €95 (not €195).

What is a Bonus account?

This is a virtual wallet for promotional funds. You can place sports bets with these funds, but can’t withdraw them until wagering conditions are met. For example, if a bonus has a 10x wagering requirement and a 3x winnings cap, you must bet 10 times the bonus amount and can withdraw no more than 3x the bonus.

How do I activate a bonus or promo code?

Log in, go to “Profile” → “Bonuses”, and enter your promo code. Capitalization doesn’t matter.

Where can I see my bets?

Log in and go to the “Bet History” section. Select the time range and status filters to review your bets. You can also find a shortcut below the Betslip on the right side of the Sportsbook.

How do I know if my bet was accepted?

After clicking “Place Bet”, you’ll see a confirmation message. You can also find your bet in the “Bet History” section. Once placed, a bet can’t be changed or cancelled.

What time is shown for events?

Event times are displayed according to your device’s time zone settings.

What is the maximum win per bet?

The maximum payout per betslip is €100,000 or the equivalent in your selected currency.
